These terms cover use of the Kundi website and workspace. Kundi is a product of AfrEdge Technologies Limited, a company registered in Rwanda, and any reference to “we” on this page means that company. Kundi is built for businesses in Kigali that talk to customers on WhatsApp and on their own sites.

The service

Kundi drafts and sends customer replies, captures orders and holds, and summarizes what those conversations show. You remain responsible for your menu, prices, availability, opening hours, and for any promise the assistant makes from the information you provide. Check extracted menus before you rely on them.

Your content

You keep ownership of your menus, documents, and customer records. You give Kundi permission to process them to run the workspace, including sending replies on the channels you connect. You confirm you have the right to upload that material and to message those customers.

Early access and payment

Starting is free and does not require a card. If a paid plan is introduced, we will tell you the price before anything is billed. Mobile Money collected from your customers settles to your merchant account, not to Kundi.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Kundi to mislead customers, spam people who haven’t contacted you, or sell anything you are not allowed to sell in Rwanda. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Availability

WhatsApp, Mobile Money, and model providers sit outside Kundi. We work to keep replies fast, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular sales result.
